1. Create goals that are achievable, know exactly what you want to achieve and have a clear pathway of how to achieve the ultimate goal
2. Before using any supplements or drastically changing your diet get your blood work done and check for any underlying conditions that may effect your nutrition
3. Schedule your sessions, meal prep, work out how and when you need to go to bed to be functioning at your optimal level and stay focused.
